Frequently Asked Questions
“Do you provide tables and chairs? What about tablecloths or decor?”
We have a variety of 5ft round tables and 6 & 8ft rectangles. We also have ~50 folding chairs. No linens are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
“Can I bring outside food and drinks?”
Yes! All outside food and drink is permitted except for alcoholic beverages.
“Can I rent the Ember outside of your business hours?”
Unfortunately, not right now. We only have the staffing capabilities to run the event space during our operating hours of Tuesday-Sunday, 8am-3pm.
“Is set up and tear down time included in my rental?”
You may arrive to set up at the start of your rental time, and all tear down must be completed by the time your rental period is over. Please be considerate of other events scheduled before or after you!
“How much does it cost to rent?”
The standard rate is $50/hour flat, and there is a 50% discount if you are affiliated with Freedom Church or renting as a non-profit organization. This is to be paid in full below when you schedule your event
